SERVICE OF PROCESS
Regular Service:
When a writ have 10 or more days before the hearing date; trial date or deposition date set within the contents of the documents. Service attempts will be made within 48 hours (2days) or less after receipt..
Rush Service:
When a Writ have less than 10 days before the hearing date; trial date; deposition date or if RUSH service is personally requested by the client. Service attempts will be made within 12 hours after receipt.
Priority Service:
When a writ have less than 5 days before the hearing date; trial date; deposition date or or PRIORITY service is requested personally by the client. Service attempts will be made within 1 hour after receipt.

Outside the Service Area
SERVICE OF PROCESS OUTSIDE OF THE TRI-COUNTY SOUTH FLORIDA AREA PRICES BEGINS AT $125 AN HOUR DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION OF SERVICE, (RURAL VS. CITY) WILL FACTOR IN THE COST.
OUR HOURLY RATE IS $125. This fee covers all service not listed therein.
